We strive to make all of our furniture to the same specifications as the originals. The materials we use - such as genuine Italian leather and English stainless steel - are also comparable to the original design. The pictures we show on our website, are always of our own beautiful replicas - what you see is what you get.
Both types of leather are immersed in vats of aniline dye, which penetrates the hide so that the colour permeates all the way through the material. Premium leather receives no further treatment after dyeing, so it remains very soft and has a highly natural appearance that only improves with age. Over time, it develops a beautiful patina.
With standard leather, a clear, protective coating is applied to the top of the hide after the initial dyeing process. This makes the leather resistant to stains and fading. Standard leather is more hard-wearing than pure aniline leather, making it a good choice for everyday use.
We are able to sell replica furniture items at a lower price point due to our streamlined process. Originals are expensive due to the fact that manufacturers are required to pay a licensing fee to designers or their estates. In turn, they have a longer, more complicated supply chain. Well-known, more expensive brands also inflate prices based on brand name prestige.

According to our terms and conditions, you must verify that your product is correct before signing the product receipt. We encourage customers to check their orders carefully, as no action will be taken by VOGA once the product receipt is signed.
Please be advised that all of our furniture is made-to-order. Because we start the construction process as soon as you place your order, it’s important that customers initiate the cancellation process within 72 hours. All canceled orders are subject to an administrative fee of 25%-50%.We refer you to our terms and conditions:3.3 The buyer may cancel a placed order within 72 hours by notifying the supplier at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to modify our made-to-order furniture pieces mid-production. If you wish to amend your order, it is necessary for VOGA to provide a new order number. This will delay the process in creating your item, as our craftsmen will need to restart the production process. Be advised that all modified orders will be subject to an administrative fee of 25-50 % of the existing order.We refer you to our terms and conditions:

We require our factories to perform quality checks on every single piece, as opposed to the typical furniture industry standard of 10% of items. If for some reason your order doesn’t pass our thorough quality control process, we will immediately begin production of a replacement product at no cost to you. And because we value your business, we’re happy to offer you a 10% voucher to use on a future purchase. What is the delivery time of my order?

Voga pays our factory in advance of order production, so your payment method will be processed immediately after you’ve placed your order.
VOGA is able to offer affordable custom pieces crafted specifically for you. In order to do so, we pay our factory upfront for the cost of production. When an order is canceled, production on the item must stop, therefore, a restock fee is applied.
VOGA is proud to produce only custom items that won’t break the bank. Our methodical design and production process does not allow for further discounts.

We charge 23% Irish VAT for orders placed by European customers, as all orders are delivered to our warehouse in Ireland.
VOGA is an Irish company, and your order is therefore subject to Irish VAT 23%, due to the order being delivered to our warehouse.
If you wish to claim the VAT back, please arrange this with your local tax authorities once you have collected your order.
All refunds are processed within 28 days as per our terms and conditions.
