Hans J. Wegner Elbow Chair

Hans J Wegner was a champion of natural materials and simplicity in design, and his chairs offer the perfect combination of form and function, enhanced by the beauty of those materials.

The story behind the Elbow Chair

The deceptively simple 1956 Elbow chair, with its pleasingly curved back, highlights the grain of the oak wood he used. It’s available as shown or with a round seat pad.
